We focus on developing strong literacy and numeracy skills, from the earliest years. In addition, we seek to develop students who are inquisitive and reflective thinkers, effective communicators and problem solvers.
Our extensive curriculum enables the uninhibited development of each student by capturing education in its totality; developing and preparing them for 21st century life, and to compete effectively on national and international stage.
Playgroup and Montessori
This section was established in 1999 and serves as our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) at Pinefield Schools. Children from ages 1-4 years are admitted and we uphold these four themes:

A combination of these four themes and qualified teachers aid us to equip our Early years students with the physical, intellectual, emotional and social skills that lay the necessary foundation for Primary education.

Through Knowledge and Understanding of the world, our 3-5 year old learn about their World, Continents, Countries, Oceans, Weather, etc, thereby stirring up their inquisitiveness to learn and respect others and their environment.
Primary (English National Curriculum)
Also established in 1999, the English National Curriculum Key Stage 1 and 2 are offerd to students from age 5-11 years. Pinefield is QCA certified and so students in this section end Key Stage 2 with the UK Sat examination in Year 6.
